Centennial Lending Group is searching for experienced Mortgage Loan Officers ready to take their career to the next level as a Branch Manager. In addition to originating loans, the Branch Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the branch office and is responsible for profits and losses of their branch. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Business Development – Establish referral partners, attend networking events, identify new opportunities for growth, set up trainings & seminars, and originate business.
  • Customer Service – Hold expert knowledge of products and procedures, set proper expectations, issue pre-qualifications to borrowers, follow up and follow through on communications with internal staff, clients and Realtors.
  • Branch Operations – Operate branch office in full compliance with federal, state, city and county laws; forecast production and staffing needs, maintain general appearance of office, execute all company policies and procedures, supervise and mentor branch staff
  • Recruiting – Identify potential candidates and work with Human Resources to follow hiring procedures to grow your branch.
  • Training – Assist all new hires with training and setting expectations for the first 90 days, attend Corporate Trainings, Seminars and Sales Meetings.

Ideal candidates are currently licensed Mortgage Loan Officers with 3 years management experience – preferably in the mortgage industry, with initiative, sound judgment and decision-making skills and the ability to deliver effective results.
